Building Imo State's digital future.

IDCL runs a network of specialised hubs across Imo State — from AI training and robotics to clean tech and drone technology — each one feeding the next. Foundation hubs build baseline skills; specialised hubs turn that talent into working professionals, founders, and a modern digital workforce. It's a working model, built to scale across the South-East.
